Blessed With Freedom From Acne

Ever since puberty, which was like at least 8-9 years ago, I have NOT found a single acne solution to keep in my night beauty routines permanently. Hopped from brands to brands, my end "solution", which is also my bad habit, would always be popping the pimples and spamming aloe vera gel on the wound and acne spots. my bad habit was clearly not the solution. Squeezing your pimples will only allow the pus to go deeper into your skin resulting more swelling and redness. more bacteria will enter if you burst your pimples. By popping pimples, you might even leave scars on your face.

NOT WORTH IT.

I am also guilty of spamming concealer and base makeup to cover these pimples and scars I'm insecure about. Although we shouldn't be ashamed as we all will go through this and it's only natural for humans to experience acne. As time goes by, I just want to look presentable at times I need to. However, by layering thick amount of makeup is absolutely not advisable either. Some ingredients in makeup products are said to possibly further clog your pores which can worsen the inflammation or lengthen the duration of breakout.

What should we do?

Honestly, I have never tried acne patches, and rarely saw anyone who did.

Yes, I was skeptical, but I was excited to be given the opportunity to try.
