They are not what you think it is. The macarons are not made of flour, it is not salmon on the plate, etc. They are made of Chocolates/Sweets. First time witnessing the scene where the participants of the competition create sculptures with chocolates / sweets. All of the 'food' looks gorgeous. But they are not meant to be eaten lah hahaha
